Programs and Tours   December 13 Special Event Tuesday, December 13, 5 pm Multipurpose Room This session of Yoga at UMMA is full; Yoga will continue at UMMA in 2012. Beginning December 5 registration will be open for the next Tuesday series January 10 - April 10. $70 UM employees/$80 non-UM. Class# 1012204-04. mhealthy.umich.edu/exercise Tuesdays through December 13th. Participate in the ancient practice of yoga in the beautiful surroundings of the Museum of Art. Based in the Hatha style, this semester-long series encourages relaxation, strength, flexibility, and balance with an emphasis on integrated breathing techniques in standing, sitting, and supine yoga postures.
