UMMA Dialogues: Sandra Phillips and Joseph Rosa
Photography Past, Present, and Future
Sandra Phillips curator of UMMA’s current exhibition of contemporary photography, Face of Our Time, heads one of the country’s leading museum photography department at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, where she is Senior Curator. Throughout her curatorial career, she has taught, written and published widely about photography, bringing fresh perspectives to a diverse body of work addressing both historical and contemporary artists. UMMA Director Joseph Rosa will interview Phillips about the past, present, and future of photography.
