Writing in Motion: A Performance in Three Acts

Hosted by the UM Sweetland Center for Writing, the 2011 Computers and Writing Conference brings together composition teachers and scholars and those in related fields who work with digital technology. Three performances comprise the evening: a collaborative dance piece in which live dancers collaborate with video dancers; a piece playing with live sound mixing and an audience participation game exploring the steampunk phenomenon, and a series of impressionistic digital videos exploring concepts of text and embodiment. Q&A will follow.

This program is free and open to the public. For more information about the Computers and Writing Conference, please visit http://sweetlandcandw2011.com
